Very pleased with everyone that helped me very nice people I bought my wife a mother's ring for Christmas it was a little small and my wife insisted on putting it on and last night at 1:00am she woke me up I ended up having to cut it off so brought it back today on Saturday about 11:00 to see if they could repair it they said yes the lady called me at 2:00 and said it would be done about 4:00 I am so greatfull that they repaired so fast . I will definitely be a repeat customer thank you Gem Jewelers.
