Get In Shape For Women - Rosemount

I joined GISFW Rosemount 4 years ago and have had a great experience! Very supportive trainers who work with individual needs to achieve goals. I lost 20 lbs following a sound nutrition plan and at 69 am stronger and more fit than I have been in many years.

Since joining Get in Shape for Women, I have grown in my ability to manage my health, fitness and wellness goals. The nutrition coaching has helped me to create a personal nutrition plan that is tailored to my needs and lifestyle. I especially like the flexibility of having a free day a week as an option to enjoy special celebrations and events without worrying about my "diet". The monthly seminars have benefitted in by keeping my focused on my goals and introducing me to new ideas that support my fitness and wellness dreams. Best of all are the hours spent in the studio with a personal trainer and a few other ladies doing strength training and conditioning together. I feel safe and more confident in exerting myself under the guidance of the trainer. I feel motivated by working out with other ladies with similar goals. The workouts are challenging and vary so you don't get bored or over work one area. I feel stronger, more confident and am dreamer bigger dreams and reaching higher goals through my participation at the Get In shape For Women studio at Rosemount, MN.

GISFW is Rosemount is such an upbeat and supportive place. The trainers are great at meeting everyone where they are at and helping meet their potential. Their multi-pronged approach of dealing with cardio, strength, nutrition & accountability was very effective. But the most helpful for me was their true caring and generous ways in treating all of their clients. And working with small groups of women (no more than 4 at a time) was the icing on the cake. I highly recommend this experience, where the focus is on long term change in habits, health and well being!

I have always found what I needed on Google! I don't like to have adds running along the sides! It's too distracting for an 80 yr old woman!!!
