Ghirardelli Chocolate Outlet and Ice Cream Shop

Come here if you don't want to make the trip out to Ghirardelli Square on San Francisco! Minus the views, ocean breeze, and crowds sadly. They have all the same ice cream and treats served at the original and deals with their products. I always come here ( I live 10 min away) to stock up on cocoa powder to make mochas at home. Be warned, sometimes this place does get crowded, especially weekends.

This is a great place to shop for family and friends. Went with my work for a team meeting and we had alot of fun. They were a little short staff for the size of the group that we were. But other than that their attitude was really good dealing with that many people.

This is the best place for Ghirardelli sundaes, shakes, etc. Going to San Francisco is just a total pain and not much to do there. We stop by on our way to the delta, lakes, mountains, dodge ridge, Murphy's or Lodi wine tasting, you name it. Perfect central location for us non tourists that escape the bay every weekend. If Ghirardelli is reading this, put a fountain section at the Livermore Premium Outlets. Those outlets are always packed to capacity and a sundae would be great during the summers.

Great products, good prices. Ice cream bar is far to slow. Be prepared to wait a long time. A total of 12 guests in waiting area, was 40 minutes before we were served.

You can see this warehouse right off the hwy. The ice cream store is on the corner of the building. Fast service. Nice settings. Great awesome ice cream. Tastes good. Lots of chocolate gifts and variety.
