Glitretind Restaurant

Went here on Mother’s Day for the first time. Amazing food, amazing service, oh and unreal desserts! Highly recommend.

I had made a reservation for our Anniversary dinner 3 months in advance by phone talking with the restaurant reservation staff. I discussed with them this was our Anniversary and would like a table at the window with a view, and even asked them what time would be best for the reservation. They confirmed and set the reservation for 6 p.m. When we arrived the young lady (dark hair with an accent) seated us at a table way back at the back of the restaurant near the service area with a view of a wall. I brought to her attention that this was our Anniversary and that I had made prior arrangements for a table at the window with a view. She said that there was nothing that she could do all the tables were reserved (but at the time we were there at 6 p.m. there were several empty). She was totally heartless and uncaring in her response, and she refused to seek assistance from the person that I had talked with about my reservation 3 months prior. So, we left, extremely disappointed and our Anniversary ruined for the time being. Luckily, there are so many more excellent places in Park City, we went to Riverhorse (without a reservation) were seated and had one of the best dinners and Anniversaries ever. Thank you Riverhorse. Shame on you, Glitretind Restaurant.

Delicious and beautiful place. It’s cozy in the winter, and in the summer you can eat outside around the fire tables for an amazing view. Although not a cheap option, the food is delicious and the servings fair. You won’t leave starving.

Have eaten here for breakfast and dinner. Had the Norwegian potato bacon pancake fit breakfast, to die for! Can't even begin to describe how the flavors meld. For dinner I had NY steak and my wife had tree tenderloin. Sadly, I was not impressed with my steak. I really wanted to be, but for an NY it was lacking flavor. My wife, however, loved her tenderloin. The service and ambiance is absolutely 5 stars.

Excellent service, top notch food, and great views of the mountains. Their Sunday brunch buffet is definitely a must try!
