I had the best buffalo steak ever. Not that one gets to have buffalo everyday to compare but it was amazing. Beet salad was fantastic as well and my wife enjoyed her salmon. We had some complimentary oyster shooters and then the bread with butter topped with Hawaiian salt was too good. I tried a desert but was almost to full to enjoy. This is top four place in Utah to stay and the dining matches the quality of the Waldorf Astoria.

Cool place. 3 hour experience seemed excessive. Menu was interesting but after you tasted it maybe it wasn’t worth 3 hours of time.

Powder breakfast has the most delicious food. The service by Alyson Montgomery was excellent. I loved her style of mamosa‘s. Pricey but worth every penny!

Really enjoyed my breakfast here. Servers were extremely attentive. Eggs were well cooked, and I enjoyed the variety of jams.
