Sawadee

Saudee is a really underrated Thai restaurant. I thoroughly enjoyed myself. The atmosphere was great with up-to-date furniture and Thai artwork on the wall. My wife and I got the lunch special where you choose two items from a list of about 30 Curry's and other Thai Cuisine. We only should have shared one but got two anyway and I had enough for two meals afterward. That is the kind of service and Cuisine they provide you is well worth going and trying it out.

Great, fast service from friendly staff. Awesome decor. Panang curry was to die for. Fresh spring rolls were great! The building has it’s own parking lot as well, which is a plus. Overall, a wonderful dinner.

OVERALL REVIEW: GOOD PRICE, GOOD FOOD, UNDER AVERAGE SERVICE. The food was excellent. You get a lot of food for the price that you are paying. Their lunch combo helps you save money and be able to try more things. When you order a single dish (like the pad Thai) THE PLATE IS HUGE. Probably 4 servings, minimum. Each item on the menu (including appetizers) costs around $8-10. The restaurant gets very busy. That saying, it took quite a while before we were able to order. After that, however, the food came out fast. The waiters aren't very attentive which was a big downside. It took over 20 minutes to get a straw. GET THE BBQ PORK.

I’m one of those pretentious people who lived in Thailand for a year and speaks conversational Thai with restaurant owners (I’m fine to be up front about that), and I frikking love this place. The food is incredible, the staff are kind, friendly, accommodating, and efficient, the decor is beautiful, the ambiance is lovely, indoor & outdoor seating, and overall an exceptional dining experience. Don’t miss the curry puffs or pineapple fried rice, and of course the curries are all excellent!

Pros: Very beautiful decor and lovely atmosphere. Fresh food that came quickly. Very flavorful, impressed by the coconut soup even though it's not necessarily my thing. Service very helpful and friendly. Cons: This was my mistake for misinterpreting, but be warned that the portions are family portions so we accidentally ordered way too much. But again, it could have definitely been my fault. So very good place to bring many people for a fair price. Is it the best Thai place in Utah as said? I would disagree, but that is up to preference and this comes to a close second on my list.
