Pago strives to create an exceptional dining experience outside of recognized dining destinations while focusing on local artisan producers in our region. We offer seasonal, new American cuisine, with an ever-changing menu to reflect the best seasonal ingredients we can find from local providers. The high quality food and service comes without the formal or stuffy atmosphere -- no white linens or jackets-required here, just top-notch service from friendly, knowledgeable servers.
With less than a dozen tables tucked into the small dining area, and a extra half-dozen tables on the patio during warmer months, dining at Pago feels both urban and intimate. Located in the Woodman Building (built in 1910), in the charming 9th and 9th neighborhood, Pago is just minutes away from downtown Salt Lake City.

Had brunch on a Sunday, I had the burger with egg and my table mates had the pork belly. It was excellent, no complaints. Everything was seasoned well, cooked perfectly, and tasted great. 

It's important to note that the brunch burger is really big and still doesn't fall apart in your hands while eating it. The buns we're crisp without being greasy and the beef had just the right fat/lean ratio. The pork belly is crisp and melts in your mouth. 

The service was prompt and polite without being overbearing. Overall the entire experience was tasteful and pleasant. Would recommend.

Came here for one reason and one reason only: the burger. Heard rumors that it was good and it didn't disappoint! Quaint little eating establishment full of personality with worn, mismatched brick wall and dimmed lighting. Server was very proper and attentive. Fries or "frites" were very good, seasoned and cooked very well. Very good quality food. Juicy, beautiful burger.

So good. We had the carrot fennel soup, their salad that I can't remember the name of it, along with the rainbow trout. It was all so amazing! Would highly recommend this place.

Great presentation of food. Small and quaint space. Service was wonderful. Gluten free options available. Everything tasted fantastic, favorite dish was the steak.

Great service. The food was good too. Had the dauphine, gnocchi, and a burger. A bit on the pricey side, but overall a good experience.
