Great location, with a good selection and properly staffed, everyone is helpful and very kind. They have the usual selection of Godiva truffles, ballots and gift boxes, along with special editions and fresh chocolate covered strawberries and banana skewers. Prices are the same as the other locations which is to say very high, but worth it.
Best hot chocolate in the world! Friendly service!
Great taste in a perfect location. I was so surprised to finding out that coffee is not so expensive here. If you look for a shelter in Midtown, I highly recommend this place. Of course you can buy Godiva chocolates here. Neatly wrapped chocolate gift boxes are there. Croissants with Coffee set is also available here.
Just here to echo what I've seen other reviewers mention and that is the staff here is super welcoming. The gentleman I encountered on my visit one morning made my first visit so comfortable that I definitely plan to go back. They have a few breakfast items that are croissant sandwiches.
I visit this place every holiday season to get my husband his favorite chocolate "treats" aka truffles. I've purchased a minimum of 40-56 chocolate truffles every year for the past 10 years! This year was a disappointing experience. What happened to the variety of lovely, delicious & textured enlightening chocolate truffles? We are sad!: The best truffles are gone! WHY?!? Who changed the menu and why are you serving a bunch of syrup filled candies?!? W T FREAK! Time to change chocolatiers! Peace OUT!
The Godiva cafe is a great spot to enjoy drinks, sandwiches, and the croissant-waffle combo - the croiffle!
Ice cream for me and my family which was pretty good but the service was unacceptable. my three-year-old son needed to use the restroom and they told us it was out of service but in reality the gentleman working this evening just finished cleaning so he didn't want to let my three-year-old son use the bathroom and had to go to another store for my son to use the restroom
Love the ambiance! Great valentine's day gift collection. A big No No to oreo choclixir. It literally tasted like sweet cold water with whip cream. I have had the same in roosevelt feild mall that one was delicious. But very dissatisfied by this one.
We went here for breakfast and each of us two ordered a latte and something to eat. The lattes were prepared quite fast. Also the food for my girlfriend was finished quite fast. Mine took its time. After ten minutes, I went to the counter and asked. The guy behind was a little helpless, then he looked at the printer and saw that my order was still in there and apologized since no one got to prepare my order. I sat down again, just to return to the counter another ten minutes later. Nothing happened with my food. Just a line of 5-10 other customers had been served. Another guy behind the counter asked me, what I was waiting for. I repeated my order for the third time. Then he took the stuff out of the fridge and finally prepared it. The whole preparation took 2 minutes. Yet, I had to ask twice to finally get it done! In summary: Coffee was good, food was ok, Service was miserable. There was one woman, maybe the manager, who knew how to deal with things. All the remaining people must use most of their capacity to keep on breathing. I wish this woman good luck with her miserable staff and hope that she will be able to get it working.
A small boutique with fresh chocolate coated strawberries. I had the best servie there when I purchased a box of wrapped chocolate. The sales person even helped me to add a few more chocolate in my box.
