Goodyear Auto Service Center

I cannot THANK this Goodyear location enough for what they did for us. My friends and I had a flat tire 200 miles away from our final destination and once we got the spare on we still needed somewhere to go and put on a new tire (since you cannot drive on a spare for more than 50-70 miles). We called everywhere near us and everyone either couldn’t take us in due to appointments, didn’t have our tire, and/or were strict on what time we had to be there before they closed. Goodyear was the only place that said they can take us in up until they close. Once we got there which was 6:50 PM (they close at 7 PM) the process was fast and easy. They put on the new tire and made sure everything was strapped on correctly and safe for our 200 mile journey back home. They were kind and helpful and I thank them so much for doing us such a great service. Thank you Michael and Matt for being there until the final minute and helping us get home safely, when nowhere else could.

Fantastic customer service! I went in to get my tires rotated and ended up having a nail in my tire that couldn't be repaired. These guys were top notch. Thankful for the great service and honesty of the employees. Will definitely be back for future tire needs!

They severely overcharged my wife who is ignorant of complex car issues and did things to her car that were not needed. By the time she was able to call me they had already started so I could not advise her otherwise. Would not recommend.

Super customer service. I felt respected even in my lack of car knowledge. My car was well taken care of and I feel secure driving without the worry of a similiar problem in the future.

I came in with another places warranty that was within the Goodyear company. They worked it out for me. Very great customer service...
