Goodyear Auto Service Center

Very bad experience. Highly recommend against using this Goodyear. The manager Ken is not a good manager and their service techs damaged our vehicle. I’m vacillating over if I will go into extreme detail or just leave it at that. Strongly recommend avoiding this location. I think they are busy enough with transient work via vacationers that customer service and good work are not a priority. Positive points for Mary, service manager, who is a reasonable human and if given the store by Goodyear may eventually salvage it. Mary alone would bump the review to a two but I cannot get past the overall experience.

The service manager Mary and her team truly go above and beyond with the customer service they provide. I have never been to a place that is so completely honest and such a pleasure to deal with. Will return and tell my friends about them. I can't speak about everyone but I can speak for Mary personally and she is awesome! Also, please keep in mind while reading reviews that you just can't please everyone no matter how hard you try!

I was very pleased by the overall experience that I had at the local Goodyear store in Okatie. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and everything that I needed was taken care of. Service manager Mary and her team exceeded my expectations which is not an easy thing to do with some of the awful experiences I’ve had elsewhere. Mary was knowledgeable and was able to address every concern I had. Thank you Goodyear for putting my faith back into a reliable automotive shop that I can trust.

Ordered the fully synthetic oil change received an oil change that lasts 6500 miles when my 2017 vehicle's oil change should net 10,000 miles. They allege to top off washer fluid: it was clear and odorless and only made "pollen" mud. I had 2 full containers of washer fluid in the back I would have felt better about the money I spent if they used that instead.

same day drop off for wheel alignment. fast and fair! noticed car pulling on ice during snow storm this year.. showed me the printout and only 1 tire was in the green.. the rest where jacked up... I couldn't believe that even with full schedule, car was worked in and aligned in around 3 hours. two thumbs up! the drive home was straight as an arrow. I was expecting some sticker shock at pickup.. nope, exactly like the estimate. no surprises. I will take all my cars there going forward.
