Great Canadian Oil Change

I would give 0 star if I could. They are so lazy and busy to put back the shield for oil change. My cover fall from one end and I went there to tell them to fix it the next day but on that day it fall down completely from all corners. The mechanic Who worked on my car was there too and he also accepted that he put it back but in reality he didn’t . I know the name but I don’t want to jeopardize anybody’s job. I asked them that because of your service today it’s all out so what you can do about it and they said don’t put it back. It’s okay to drive without it. If it is okay then why at the first place factory put the cover on! They said we can’t do anything about it and I left with disappointment . I would prefer mechanic where my car is safe and do proper job instead of just saying we can’t do anything !

Excellent, the technician who took care of me was very polite. He showed me a few additional concerns and explained how they could become an issue in the future if not addressed and since I was in a hurry put a note in my file to remind me on my next visit. Would highly recommend their service to friends and family.
