Greener Valley Computer Store

My second time being in there. The first time was back in 2003, it was a bad experience and I said I'd never go back, and this time OK I guess. But once again not very friendly, somewhat informative, but only slightly helpful even this time.

I may be related, but in all honesty these guys are great. They know their stuff, love what they do and treat people right.

I came in here looking specifically for VGA to DVI-D or VGA to DP adapter since this is the only real computer shop in this area but I did not find one. The lady that was helping me at first couldn't find one at first then went into the back I had thought that she was going back into their inventory to see if one was back there but no the person who comes back which I only assume would be the manager asks what I was looking for then proceeds to talk to me like I'm a computer illiterate customer and tried to convince me that such an adapter doesn't exist when they very much do. I guess I will stick to Best Buy and Amazon for computer part shopping where I know the things I know i'm looking for exist and the people are actually trained to do and know their job because these people have next to no actual computer or computer part knowledge. God forbid if anyone actually brought their computer here to be repaired.
