We picked up one of the new Bridgemaxx wireless modems at Creative Edge and got connected immediately on one laptop, but the other was not doing so well... I called Creative Edge for help since it seemed it might be a hardware issue and I'd noticed they were also a computer repair shop. Robbie took a look and in about a minute identified and fixed the issue that was mystifying me. Picked up a few other important computer care tidbits while visiting with him. The store is clean, inviting and service is very professional and friendly.
