Greyhound: Bus Station

Well,now Greyhound station has been moved to Crazy Frank's Truck Stop which is super inconvenient for people to get to and from. But employees there are wonderful! Very helpful and knowledgeable.

Every Greyhound stop is overpriced. Greyhound transportation gave me the worse ride of my life. 2 and a half days turned into 5 days. After the ride, my father wad admitted into the hospital because of the bus breakdowns without heat. And stops thst chargef 4 dollars for a small bottle of water. Left the bus dehydrated and sick. Plus drunk drivers, racist drivers, unprofessional drivers. Plus more. There should be zero stars but the rating doesn't go to zero.

The people inside of the station are real nice, i spent almost 8 hrs there and had a nice meal and saw some series with their help.

Another trip that was an absolute horrible nightmare. I'm still recovering from it and the best part of it is being home. I gave one star for being consistent. We pay a pretty high cost for this service and it is acceptable to understand that some things are just going to be the way they are but over the past ten years it's become unmanageable to the point that this was the equivalent of a prison transport, and literally since this was the case with many of the riders actually, and offers as much kindness, safety and comfort as one which is to say none rather we are treated as if we are felons being graced with at least a seat on a bus and one which we ourselves are heavily indebted over. Thankful that we are in an era where commercial giants fall overnight and that bigger names then this are set to take a stab at the transport biz, namely Uber and Elon Musk to name some and that we will both finally have options to choose from and that Greyhound will be forced to try and actually provide for their customers in order to keep them instead of the monopoly in place currently. In short: No restroom at very limited stop, staff are crude and demeaning, bathroom has no tp or soap on bus, outlets do not work on bus, can have electronics but not allowed to use them, internet works like landline mountain if at all and your unwillingly charged for it, drugs smoked on bus by patron and driver, riders are allowed to harass and threaten others full stop especially the inmates being moved about as well for money, cigarettes and food which none of them seem to have. Your company has fallen far and is an embarrassment that in the least should be shut down for the number of basic health code violations as well for not in reality providing any of the services this again very expensive service is said to provide or even lesser just being incapable of standard human decency.
