Each time I called they either picked up and hung up or picked up and left phone on the counter without even asking to hold.

These buses would make it a great practice target for my BB gun. But not a very challenging moving target. These bus sucks and you'll have to pay me to travel on this bus.

Was helping someone out. I have NEVER entered a business that smelled as bad as this one. I had to walk out and let someone else handle the transaction. Two cats were on the counter so you knew where the smell was coming from. This place is beyond unsanitary, it is dirty and the smell can make you want to barf. No place to sit while you wait. The only redeeming thing about this place is the location. Convenient to the West side.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Got NO service from this location at all the phone number for this location just gives a busy signal. Arrived at this location @9:30am on a Thursday since calling wasn't an option and it was closed, really??? Web site said hours are 9am-5pm. Decided to call main Grey Hound on Buckeye asked if this location is up and running or a closed location. Person says its a location that is contracted with Grey Hound and they make their own hours. Ridiculous then why have posted hours if your not gonna be open.

Was told that online tickets were cheaper so I went and looked. Online was $34 and at the depot was $52 so it was a nice find. Then before booking it asked me if I wanted to be a rewards member to get another 10% off so of course I signed up. When done it asked me if I wanted to apply my discount to my saved queried trip, I said yes. So it pops up a price of $52 with a $5.20 discount. Now that I've signed up there is no way to go back. It always recognizes my computer. The guy at the depot counter just shruggs "I dunno". Crap. I'll never ride Greyhound, screw em'. I'll Craigslist rideshare from now on.
