Greyhound: Bus Station

This station has no upkeep. It is very rundown, and It is a very scary looking place with a uncomfortable atmosphere. It feels gross and if we didn't have to use that hub we would have gladly gone anywhere else.

Bus delayed 4hours from Las Vegas to Phoenix other than that traveling was good can’t exchange trip online or over the phone has to go to the station to change it and a $20 to change just like an airlines policy

It was clean. I am not a big fan of this bus stop though. When I was there, it was extremely chaotic and crowded and there is not a lot of room inside. The person working the ticket counter was very helpful and polite though. It could have just been the timing of when I was there the last two how crowded it was. My bus was 2 hours late.

Driver from Mesa to Phoenix was good, from flagstaff to Phoenix was rude plus 45 minutes late. Two stars are on driver. I’d give no stars for ticketing, I have hard time understanding this one and believe I should have a refund. My Son needed to go to flagstaff I went on line and made call, was told $20. One way when I used my credit card was charged $40. I questioned why?was told because it was a gift. WRONG!!! RIP OFF!!!

Cheap rides to anywhere in Arizona. Even cheaper if you book through the app. And the staff is very friendly too
