Greyhound: Bus Station

The employees seem like they are always mad at you and it doesn't make the trip and easier especially if you're traveling for work. 4 stars because my bus driver was an awesome person who was funny polite and professional. Not to mention we got everywhere a little early which was awesome. Let's step up the customer service at the station and everything will be great.

I got great customer service at this Greyhound location,. Friendly and Knowledgeable staff at the station. Bus driver was a bit of a Nazi...but maybe he had some difficult passengers that day. I'll give him a 3 for getting me to PHX for my flight to Anchorage on time.

Well again I wasn't a customer they were I had a work order to repair their parking lot lighting and I had to get the manager there to come out and Chase off this guy that was drunk who kept trying to get me to pay him to help me. I kept trying to explain that our insurance did not cover that sort of thing. He either had to hire on to due process with the company or be working for a temp agency but that I couldn't just hire him off the street. And he just couldn't seem to understand that. Not a really good part of town I am afraid. The manager told me that there was a stabbing there just the week before and that's why there was a sudden urgency to fix the parking lot lights.

Got there at 5:15am to learn the bus would be seven hours late (via handwritten note on the door), missed the connecting bus ride in Phoenix, customer service was less than helpful.

The greyhound sucks so bad. It smells horrible and it makes you wish you didn't have to take it. I wish I never had to take this again.
