Greyhound: Bus Station

Haven't been on the bus in awhile. A Greyhound bus anyways. But this was a good trip. I suggest the front seat if your claustrophobic. But the bus was clean and we had a good driver. He arrived on time and made it to our destination on time. Awesome!

Good experience, waited couple minutes to check suitcase, bus was just opening to board & very nice driver let me sit behind him to accommodate the boot, we departed few minutes later no problems! Station looked relatively clean & as always, busy w lots of travelers. Everyone in the terminal were in good moods & very pleasant & helpful. Once again i thank Greyhound for their great experiences riding out to visit LA@

It was my first time here and had a smooth experience. I had encountered no problems because the people here were helpful. The bus was also on time. I had a lot fun in the arcade area, keeps you entertained while waiting for the bus.

Very disappointing the staff it's not properly trained completely is disorganized.. They don't have staff who speak Spanish. The restrooms were dirty broken sinks. While u wait for your bus. You have to be right online other wise. You get bump from your seat. Either over booked Families with babies must of them don't know they go first online. Out of all my stops. We got a Canadian driver who was helpful with the names of the stops. He answer questions. He was friendly. He made all of us in the bus feel at ease and comfortable.

Frequently understaffed. I had to stand in line for almost 2 hours to get re-ticketed when my incoming bus was late and I missed my connection. Very noisy, and the announcements are hard to understand. It is kept clean, and the food service is well maintained, although the selection is small and over-priced. Not the worst Greyhound depot I've been in, but far from the best, either.
