The general manager of this location is very professional and very helpful. He is also very intelligent and is able to offer outstanding customer service. I highly recommend that you do not deal with any of the employees at the front desk if you have an issue but instead take it up with the terminal manager not an assistant manager. One of the issues that I do have is that not long ago Greyhound had an international meeting and one of the concerns was it's station and employees not answering phone calls from the General Public. I highly recommend that they start answering questions and phone calls with simple answers and in English. Again this is the United States and not Mexico!

Made my hair thicker and fuller! This station is so popular that they are bringing tourists in by the bus loads! Nice dancefloor, great beds, amazing views. The archery range is for 18+ but it's probably because of the scantily clad waitresses. Tell the doorman that Pluto sent you and get free crackers to feed your dog. Great band!

I found the staff quite helpful. the place seems clean and safe. people complain on google reviews but everything seemed to work well for me. the parking is good, even if expensive.

The few times I've traveled with them the buses have run late, the bathrooms are always closed, the time's they've been open they're not very clean. Makes you wonder why they're always closed. Also, last trip I had a child spilled something and none of the staff cleaned it up in the time I was there (30+ mins). They also charge an additional $20 fee for buying someone else's ticket online and none of the staff at the desk could really explain what this fee was for.

This location is in need of an update. The vagrant issues in and around the station should be addressed due to the smell and flies. Service could also be improved upon.
