Greyhound: Bus Station

If you're easily freaked out by run down bus stations, you won't like this place. This part of town feels abandoned early in the morning and late at night, and there is no place to wait inside during off hours and few street lights, which can make it feel less safe for women and children during these hours. It's fine later in the day, during business hours, since there are several offices and banks nearby. The staff is sometimes helpful, sometimes not. I never know how I'm going to be treated, which isn't the best feeling. They've been extremely rude on at least two occasions where they refused to help. I don't plan to go back unless I absolutely have to.

Very bad experience with this company if I could have put minus stars I would put a 10 minus!!! do not waste your money! Very Rude! They do not care one bit about you! Anything about you and there return policy for their mistakes on your dime is like never going to happen! Thee worst customer care I’ve ever experienced! Still awaiting a 300.00 trip refund I never took! I do not trust this company or their people! I reported and filed a complaint with the BBB!

We Had To Be Taken From Brownsville Texas In A Taxi Cab To Harlingen Tx Greyhound Bus Station And Be Transfer On Bus To Houston Texas And We Made on Time , Everything Turn Out Excelent !! Nice Bus !! Well Houston Texas Here We Come!!
