You get what you pay for. But in all honesty, I had a fairly pleasant experience. Got to every stop in a very timely manner (like on the dot). It's what you should expect, a cramped bus, a sleepy crowd depending on the time you're leaving. I suggest you just hunker down, pee at the stops, don't expect the outlets to work for you to charge your phone. Invest in a battery pack. Sit in the front near the driver, and make sure you have headphones!

New seats are too small, as well as the aisles. Houston stop has the worst tiny bus station. Feels cramped for the bus area. Eating area is cramped and not clean
Don't feel safe at night
Taxi drivers, don't trust them. Staff unprofessional, lack of communication, not good as big as Houston is, makes us as residents look bad and ignorant. Wish they were as regal as back in the 60,'s and 70's. They had the Silver Liners with pillows and on board lunch. Our stop looks like something around the border in a small town. Their prices are not cheap. There is nothing Innovative about Greyhound..They need help

My first Bus Station and my experience is horrifying. It's not a problem with the management or staff. Infact they try to help and make that station as protected. I literally got a feedback not to go out alone for any reasons. Later, i realized why people join as group to reach bus station even it's away from 2 blocks. because its safe as United than alone. Avoiding strange people/ running from people approaching also makes them upset and violence can happen. No matter what race. 👮/? should make others feel safe in that location somehow. I don't know if this is the best amoing other bus stations. People hardly smile. However, facility and security/staffs are great. Salute for them 🙏💂

A typical Greyhound station, the staff wasn't all rude here like you'd normally expect from riding Greyhound. It sit on Metro's light rail red line, McDonald's across the street if you don't want to pay for expensive bus station food, be careful tho it be some sketchy people hanging around so just stay on your P's & Q's and hang on to your belongings. They do have metal detectors so if you have a lot of luggage; you better check in early because the ticket booth here tend to have long lines all the time, this location is usually full, they also have free WiFi, phone charging stations and vending machines. I hope this review was helpful.

The drivers are very friendly, flexible, and easy going. They let me on board twice though I was relatively late & wasn't prepared with a printed ticket like is required (this was before they had the e-ticket option which makes things hassle free thank you computer science), they had good reasons to no let on but they did. I am thankful for that since they don't refund if you don't make it. (Though I was told I could get on the next bus if the bus driver didn't let me on, but they did every time).
The staff is very strict and demanding but that is to be expected honestly, regulations and organization is much needed with these types of services. so be there as reasonably early as you possibly can and don't assume staff is being rude, they're just doing their job!
