The guys there are humorous and knowledgeable of bus routes, schedules, and operations outside of the listed scheduling. I recently had a piece of lost luggage that I was certain wouldn't be recovered found. I received a call promptly from the night manager regarding my baggage. Other the restrooms being unavailable, I have had a couple of pleasant experiences at the station.

The guy in the afternoon, with the longer hair, was great. Enthusiastic, friendly, helpful... short douche in the morning? Not so much. Severe thunderstorm hit just as we got there so I decided to wait and see if rain would subside and I could walk out. Massive thunder that shook the window made me move to the other seats and short douche wanted to know if I was waiting for a bus. I said no, I'm waiting for the storm to pass and he tells me that they can't have people in here who aren't waiting for a bus. Fair enough, but as I look around at all the bums in there I (a small white chick on her own) realise short douche is on a power trip cos he can't get it with anyone else. I say again I'm waiting for dangerous storm to pass and he again says I need to be waiting for a bus. I incredulously say that I just got OFF a damn bus and suddenly he's like 'oh! So, you're waiting for someone to pick you up?' So I reply 'something like that' and shake my head. A couple minutes later when he's back on his perch behind his counter he starts yelling over to me wanting to know who's picking me up. I say I've got an uber and he wants to know why not yellow cabs. Then he asks why I'm in Waco, what I plan to do blah blah. He wasn't 'interested in my day' he was interrogating. You're not f**king immigration, buddy, even though I have an accent. I just can't believe he was attempting to throw me out into that severe thunderstorm! The lightning was hitting around us, the thunder was rattling the windows and the rain had caused localised flooding! Douche!!! And when I'd gotten off the bus, with a few other ladies that wanted the restroom, it was closed. As I went to leave the building (before the storm set in) I heard him say they could use the bathrooms, he just has them as closed cos he cleans them and then people want to use them. Ah, yeah! That's kind on wilt they're for! DOUCHE! Like I said, guy in afternoon, great. Bus driver, great. Bathrooms in the afternoon? Still clean even though people had used them. Not much seating, though.

Really disliked using the buses. We went from DFW Texas, to Monterey Mexico. The WiFi doesn’t work. The bus stop felt really unsafe. Busses were delayed. I felt like there was a lot of miscommunication. I most likely won’t be using these buses again.

Oddly located in an area of downtown Waco w narrow streets. I mistook the terminal for a city bus transfer station. Came to realize upon debarking, the facility was both a greyhound bus terminal & city bus hub. The building is a solidly built brick structure, that is well designed clean & warm structure, which is reminiscent of a old school romantic train station with cool artificial and natural lighting that's been modernized. The staff was a few people, but helpful and vigilant. Couldn't speak to restroom facilitiesMy issue was the other passengers, who felt like a motley pirate crew shanghaied to crew the fly dutchman to the depths of hell. As, I walked out of the front door to look for my ride a ruff hewned young man asked if he could use my cell phone to make a call. My instincts screamed not no, but HELL NO. So, I said I did mind if he did and I quietly walked back into the station. He screamed drama, which is when I realized this location has an unsavory element to be weary of. If, waiting for a ride, try not to wait outside, but inside the bldg, which I can't state was comfortable & possessed amazing architecture.
