Greyhound: Bus Station

good bus ride i rode three days to atlanta georgia from san jose california and didnt have any hassle at the multiple stops we were on schedule the whole time and the electrical outlets worked most of the time too. good airconditioning and heat as well. the seats recline a little bit too so thats nice

the most friendly hospitable Greyhound customer service rep. that I've ever experienced from a bus station, or anywhere for that matter. The man working there by himself was attentive n welcoming to every one that entered the station. It was clean n neat and his attention to individual needs was exceptional. Thank you Tyler Texas R. It's a greyhound bus station. Nothing too special. No hot meals, restroom was ok. Mediocre to decent place with good customer service (because of them they get 3 stars instead of 2)

I was literally yelled and cussed at by the lanky blonde meth head at check in. He didn't know how to do his job as far as writing up a bus pass and threatened to quit and walk out right then and there. This is a 2 bit family owned operation anyways that somehow sees repeat business. DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH
