They need friendlier people and faster service. And more people to tell u directions in case you don't understand and are lost.

My bus was late so the lady at the front desk was concerned I could lost my connection to Houston then she paid me a taxi trip from Mesquite to Dallas!! Beautiful lady.

Could not get anyone to answer phone. Could not get help from anyone who worked there. Bus was 2 1/2 hours late. Stop in every little hillbilly town.
