If you book online for cash option. Be sure to go to 7eleven or ace cash express. These money hungry sub station is not apart of greyhound and will charge you more. Please dont use this sub station, its independent and not owned by greyhound. If you can go directly to downtown or use a provider like megabus. Its as if they are stealing from folks who already need to take the bus. Si tiene reservacion por el internet, con opcion de cash. Valla para 7eleven oh ah un Ace cash express para pagar, que estos hijos de la conciensia te cobran mas y no te van ah dar esta informacion. Preferiblemente no use esta estacion maligna que se aprovecha de la raza hispana. Valla para downtown dallas si puede oh use otra compania.

Greyhound lost my baggage in August, fast forward to March (almost April), and they have yet to compensate me.. Shameful, smh. Also, my departure location was changed last minute and I was given no notice.. The actual bus ride was satisfactory though..

I would have paid 15.00$ more to take the train. The bus was always running late. The staff was over booking the bus, which in turn made me late to my next stop. And to every single stop from Los Angles, California to Dallas Texas. Was supposed to be in Dallas, Texas on the 1st of October at 730 am. I arrived in at 6:00 pm. Never taking Greyhound Bus Line ever again.
