This place closes at 6 p.m. I called at 5:40 and kept getting hung up on. They pick the phone up after second ring and hang up. At 6 they just decided to let the phone ring and I just had one simple question.

I have taken the Greyhound multiple times and to many places. I prefer this station more than Dallas. It's always clean and not too busy and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. It has one of the very few clean bathrooms I've seen in a Greyhound station. Also, the bus to go to the Temple Amtrak station is always on time and the man who runs that route is super friendly and always helps with my bags.

The station is clean, newly remodeled, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Route schedule's are limited but kept running smoothly, drivers are helpful. However some of their equipment is junk. The Austin bus has never had working AC and as a result it smells terrible...110 ° in the summer and no air...no wonder the bus stinks. This station used to be 24/7 with almost twice as many schedule's, and with actual Greyhound's rolling through. Now it's only 6:00-6:00, harder to get places due to less schedule's. Hope Trailways improves, used to be a much better company.

Been using this station for years. Today is the first time I have had a pleasant experience. All because of Chris. Kudos to you. I hope you work here more often.
