Good place, but careful with the people outside near bus station(Dallas). They try to sell drugs outside. So be safe inside bus station, book a cab then leave immediately to safe house. P.S. This is my personal experience.

The kiosk make it much faster to get tickets. Definitely need more seating and customer service guides. I have seen alot more police presence which helps but always keep your guard up as you will find an array of personalities here. Don't expect great customer service, just expect that everyone is in a hurry to get to their destination or lunch break (in the worker's case)

It's easy in and out service. Parking is sparse during the daytime but it's an easy loop to circle around if your waiting on a passenger and the building is filled with schedules and staff to make things easier to find your bus

Centrally located in Downtown having ample place. Surroundings are not so good and need to improve the rest rooms .

Very good..company...but some coustomer service retraining is needed..i think it has something to do with all of the homeless people that hang inside and out side of the building..they put every one in the same catoegory
