Greyhound: Bus Station

Staff at the station was helpful in getting my stepdaughter checked in and squared away for her trip out of state. They made sure she had her transfers and understood each step of the way. Assured me (and followed through on promise) that someone would be ay each stop to make sure she made her connections and would be safe.

Buses are late from time to time so be prepared to wait. Sometimes the customer service representatives do not have an estimated time frame of how long your wait is and may result in missing your connecting bus. I suggest being there over 30 minutes early to have a confirmed seat. Priority seating is sort of worth your time. I suggest greyhound as your next best option without a car or time restraint.

Dirty waiting area, dirty bathrooms and the person who worked the desk didn't know much more information than what the sign had posted. In fact everything I asked this gentleman he turned around and pointed to the sign like he didn't know the answer or it could have been due to the fact he was more interested in watching his basketball game that was on the TV.

Plenty of parking. The customer service was fair. The place could use some cleaning. When i was their the traffic flow of people was almost non-existent, i was the only one there at 9am along with one greyhound employee.
