Greyhound: Bus Station

They charged my card, but the ticket never printed. It took over 2 weeks to get my money back. Choose another location. I believe they don't know what they're doing. It's inside a gas station.

Horrible experience! My son's bus was late getting to the terminal so he missed the switch bus. Called to see what they were going to do about this as it wasn't my son's fault for missing the bus and they told me that the next bus wasn't leaving until 12:30 the NEXT day!!! I could file for compensation 24 hours after the trip was completed!!! Never again will I use Greyhound.

Great bus stop!! Need to expand and get a better bus waiting area but the idea is awesome!! Saves me a trip to Houston in a good open area!!

Taking a Greyhound Bus, and stopped here for a 15 minute break on my way to Montana from Texas and a customer was sold a Danish with mold all over it, and the store Employer or Owner refused to give this Extremely upset Gentleman his couple dollars back and then threatened to call the cops on the customer, when he had EVERY right to be very upset especially when that was the last couple dollars he had to his name!! And on top of that didn't even offer him to replace the item for something else, when all this Gentleman was.... Was hungry!! Very Poor & Pathetic Customer Service!!!
