Greyhound: Bus Station

Really quiet place to wait with other passengers. The attendant is a really sweet woman who speaks mainly Spanish so there might be communication trouble, but she know what she doing. All in all not really a bad stop. No power outlets duo.

Run away! Do not use them no matter what! They are all liers and crooks! Spoke directly to the manager on duty about purchasing a ticket for someone in a different state. She told me just take a pic of the info and Barcode and she will be fine.....nope the station in Memphis with its non educated, maggots they call women stated it had to be the paper ticket....needless to say we had to buy another ticket!!! And the woman who told me all this was fine.....when I went back to talk to her, she had the nerve to say do you really think it's that easy and walked away! I have never given a rating to low but if you need to get somewhere you are better off walking before you waste your money.

If the MEGA BUS is going to the location you are seeking RIDE THEM. They may loose your luggage but at least you do not have to sit on a terrible bus. Every time I get on the Greyhound it is disgusting my second time in the past 20 years and my last time. Both times were horrible but this last trip from HOU to SAT was ratchet. My bus was late arriving and the HOU stop on main was the first stop. The bus driver's seat belt did not work so had to wait until he got to SAT to switch all the passengers on to a new bus. This facility was clean and quite.

Hard to get an answer at all. When we did, the woman did not speak English at all, and hung up on us. The only reason I'm not giving a one star review, is because the other day, the woman working was very sweet and helpful, and completely bilingual. The facility is also generally pretty clean, and nice. Our bus has been re-scheduled and re-routed so many times that we just wanted to call ahead and ask, before making yet another trip downtown, but can't even get that from them
