Better than most of em...in fact, I'm going to give it five stars. Not because it's a fantastic place but it's definitely as close to fantastic as a Greyhound station can get, in my opinion. It's clean. It's not in a bad neighborhood. You won't get shot or hit up for handouts the minute you step outside like you would in Houston or San Antonio, so that's a plus.

Check in was easy, I used the e-ticket, showed it loading the bus and I was done. With gas prices continuing to rise I would honestly recommend taking Greyhound for people traveling with themselves or two people. I paid 18 on way, from Austin back to Dallas, on an “express bus” so the bus did not make any stops in between the pick up and drop off location.

Definitely one of the better stations I've come through. I arrived at 3am on a Sunday morning and the place was well lit and clean. Staff were courteous and parking lot was lit and easy for my ride to find me.

Bus station is good and and clean and it's in middle. From Austin to San Antonio Greyhound has very limited buses. Morning 6 :50 AM and next is 11: AM in between no buses. While coming back my bus got delayed by more than hour and when I asked the staff they just said driver is not available. When I checked online they show delayed with no ETA or no reason

Have had some not so good experiences regarding customer service and treatment if customers!! This last trip went very smooth to location and back. One thing is sometimes they use older busses that have no electrical outlets for your phone charger, which is included in their advertising, that and you don't know until you get on the bus! Kinda of jip! Also if you miss your bus, you are now required to pay another 20.00 to get it redone!! Same trip different time bus!! Yikes!! BE on time!!
