For the amount of traffic that comes through Dallas, this terminal is ridiculously too small. No assistance for the disabled unless you have someone with you. The saving grace was a small woman (I didn't get her name) who walked the station assisting everyone. She saw me struggling with luggage (as I am partially disabled) and made sure I along with 2 seniors pre-boarded. That one fiesty employee/possibly manager makes Greyhound look great. The rest of the station - garbage.

Awful, there's no one at the station. The bus will never come (that's what happened) never taking Greyhound again

Luckily it's at a truck stop. Problem is this is one of the craptastic TA facilities. The night staff here are really stupid people and the taco joint and restaurant are not 24 hrs.

Greyhound is the worst company in America. Their busses are junk. Their staff is always rude and disrespectful. After riding Greyhound I only travel by plane or Amtrak.
