Greyhound

I was scheduled to leave at 4:00 pm, but had the opportunity to exchange for an earlier departure. I am very thorough and read up on the exchange policy rules and cost of $20. I went on the mobile app for available tickets and drove to the Greyhound station to request an exchange. Their response, "we can't do that," "we are sold out," "those are online tickets." Typical response... $70 later and I will never use Greyhound again.

I have called the McAllen bus station for 20 consecutive times and they do not pick up their phone lines. This is one of the most horrific customer service companies of all time.

I hate the way that when I bougth this stupid ticket online it said 0 transfers, and now that im traveling, it does this 1 stupid mothaf&%*&& transfer 😑😑😑 ah, and bo fu*&*ing outlets! 😑😑😑😑

Should’ve just purchased online, the guy over charged me. He circled 2 different boarding # so how am I supposed to know what bus to get on. When I called the next day to ask about being over charged the lady asked for what route and what day and she told me a price and said it was $15 more dollars then the original price I paid. So she was basically telling me double the price online So unorganized, and the manager or head guy that was there was no manager at all he was walking around eating like nothing not paying attention to make sure people were doing their job right.

I felt like I was in a sauna all the way to Austin. I politely ask the driver to adjust the AC and he responded open your vents they are closed which they were not rude rude rude
