Guitar Center

I have bought a coupe of guitars there for my both some. I had an issue with one purchase but they stood behind it and did the right thing even though it was an inconvenience for me at the time. I appreciate good service when people go out of your way to help. It seemed like the guy just wanted to sell me something and move on. I had to go back and then when they ordered the right part for the guitar. Pretty easy fix.

Guitar Center has changed from that cool place that you connect with the workers, to a chain business store. Some of the employee's know their stuff, but some are just getting a pay check. This one has a good mix of both, but that's not to say guitar center provides a negative experience. If you know what you're looking for or have an itch to buy, this place will help you. Just avoid buying the insurance for your gear. In all my years of using over 20 pedals, a handful of guitars and amps, never had gear break on me. Manufacturers don't want to get a reputation for cheap gear so most anything you buy will be solid.

They had the perfect keyboard for me....It retailed for $1800 and I bought a demo for $799....with warranty. The Staff are very helpful and knowledgable. Great place to shop

Matt is an AWESOME BASS AND GUITAR TECH!! Just had duncan quarter ponders and rotosound strings installed..WOW!! Been a Bass player for 32 years. Emg and ghs user. NOT ANYMORE! KICK ASS!!!
