Huge selection of anything a musician or avid listener of music could want. Their prices are very reasonable, and I believe they do have a price match guarantee as well. Every time I've been there the staff has been very welcoming and able to help with questions I have. However, I don't know if they are busy with things or other customers but occasionally when I come in and need to find something it can take some time to get help. That being said, the store is clearly labeled and separated into obvious sections so it is usually easy to know where to look for what you may need!

I'd contacted Mark (Pro Audio Department) to inquire about a piece of equipment the store was selling. Despite deciding against the purchase, Mark was courteous, professional, and patient. He provided me with all the information I requested including photos as this was an out of state purchase. I'd like to recognize this and suggest you consider using Guitar Center of VA Beach and ask for Mark.

I was shopping for a keyboard, and they literally have any and every kind you could ever want, and you can play them right there. Even though they seemed short-staffed, they were extremely accommodating and very helpful. Whatever your instrument needs may be, they can help you. I was extremely impressed.

Great selection and helpful staff. I go there too much and always find something new to buy. John who does repairs was especially helpful and nice.

Panda the drum manager is awesome! He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Best drum guy around!
