Courteous and considerate. My daughter's clarinet required an upper joint key adjustment after a spring fell out of place. The warranty from the company from which we purchased the instrument would have meant about a week in turn around time (minimum) for mail service. We called "Music & Arts" and they quoted a repair time of about a day. We went to the store and the gentleman assessed it, repaired it, and returned it in the span of 15 minutes. He was upfront about the nature of the repair and how if it failed again what would be required for a 'permanent' fix. He wouldn't take any money for the repair and encouraged my daughter to try it out to make sure that SHE was happy. He didn't have to work on it on the spot, he didn't have to do it for free, and he didn't have to make sure my daughter was happy, but he did. "Music & Arts" has earned my business.

Went to buy an item, guitar stand, on the website the item cost$9.99 at the store cost $19.99, when I asked to get the item, they wanted to sell me the one they using for displaying the guitars and they want to charge me $19.99 for an used and scratched item, when I asked if they have in the original box they told me that they received a bunch of them in one big box. Do not buy there.

Best store ever!!! If you ever go there ask for Benji. He made my experience so easy and fun. He helped me pick the best alto saxophone possible for me. Thank you so much Benji!!!!!!!!!

Son has taken guitar lessons here. Staff for the most part is friendly.
