The hotel was on the middle to lower end of Hamptons I've been to. It was decently clean, though my room smelled strongly of takeout food, which I would guess to not be the norm. The staff I encountered were very friendly and the young man who helped me check in was very enthusiastic.

In overall the hotel is well maintained but a little bit dated. It would be nice some upgrades.

After an 8 hour drive for my graduation, I wanted to check into my room that I've booked months in advanced. I understand if my room is not ready but the alternative to find another room that is ready. Instead, their first option was to have me wait another couple of hours for my room to be available. I had my graduation I had to attend later that night and I simply couldn't wait. After finding me a room available, the ladies at the front counter made "obvious" judgmental faces at me and my family while walking to our room and I asked if anything was the matter. I didn't not feel any hospitality and no one offered to help with out luggage, nor did they. The entire first floor reeked of chlorine from the indoor pool; it so full of chlorine it made my eyes water. The pictures online made everything look better but honestly, you get what you pay for.

Didn't get a rubber ducky like others in our group. But in all seriousness, bed wasn't made. Sheets don't fit. Thermostat doesn't work.
