Best Western Plus Technology Park Inn & Suites

We stayed here a 2nd time after being offered a complimentary night due to a pool closure we didn't know about. The generosity of the hotel manager did not go unnoticed, and we had a great experience this time around. I will definitely stay here again.

Very clean and inviting property! I would definitely stay here again. The staff was extremely helpful, the rooms are clean, comfortable and we loved the King with the additional sitting area.

Stayed here for almost a week because I had just moved up here for work. The breakfast every morning was awesome. The Lady at the front desk was very friendly and gave us alot of information about cedar falls. Things to do and places to visit around here. Room was very clean and awesome staff.

The room design was just stupid. Our room had a spotlight directly in front of it making the room look like it was day time 24s. The channel selection was terrible. When you put your hotel in the middle of no where you should invest some money in the one thing you give your guests to do. The front desk staff was amazing and the only reason this isn't a two star. Also, tell your housekeeping that if there is a do not disturb sign on the door, and the hotel dead bolt is engaged, to not keep coming back to the room every 5minutes testing the deadbolt by slamming the door open and then yelling house keeping.

Nice hotel. Big, clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. I would stay again.
