This is the first time my husband and I have stayed in a Holiday Inn Express. Wow...this hotel in Mason City, Iowa turned out to be the best hotel we stayed in on our 12 day road trip. Our room and the hotel were clean and hotel staff was friendly. There was plenty of hot water. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were the best. In fact, I'm going to reach out to Holiday Inn to find out where I can purchase some. They had a yummy breakfast in the morning. I just wish we had stayed at this hotel for more days. Out of the nine hotels we stayed in, the Holiday Inn Express in Mason City, IA was the best. We are definitely going to try more Holiday Inn Hotels.
