Clarion Inn University Plaza

Very heart warming. Very generous and kind people. Excellent space, very inviting and comfy bed. Great cable, would absolutely recommend coming to stay again. Would recommend other people to choose to stay here. Reasonable prices to stay 1 night. Breakfast was wonderful. Very fresh and warm. Love the beverages that was served. These people that work here should be able to receive tips or maybe a raise. Because, of their generosity and their warm welcome when people come in.

Very friendly and well-trained staff. Nice clean room. Nice large bathroom area, I like having a sofa in the room with the coffee table. Convenient desk for setting up my laptop. Close to plenty of fast food places. Nice swimming pool, good business center. Lots of vending machines. This is a good property, Priced Right.

I was on a run and needed a bathroom ASAP. I found one inside next the large indoor pool. I was impressed by the large open spaces inside. 10/10 would poo again

Most of the time when you are looking for a place in this budget range you get very mixed results, but this hotel was an exceptional value! The staff was very friendly at check-in. The rooms seemed to have been recently updated. The bed was very comfortable. There was a very pleasant tropical fruit smell when I walked in the room. Plenty of room to get some work done at the desk and watch TV from the couch. I grabbed a beer and a chicken gyro from "Against the Grain", the bar and restaurant inside the hotel. The gyro and fries were great and the bartender was very pleasant. The next time I pass through the area I will definitely stay here again!

Stayed here on NYE...Dirty towel on floor of hallway upon entering our room. Keys had to be reactivated at least 5 times. Garbages were full on the second level near all the tables and chairs, a staff member came 2 hrs later to take it away after we already pulled it out and tied the bag and replaced it with another bag. Asked if they could turn on more lights on the second level and then was told they would give a ladder to us to change the bulbs ourselves. Hair and stains on the bedding. Bathtub wasn’t clean. Tiled looked awful in the bathroom as well. Banister to go outside was loose and stairs were very icy. Also heard another guest had bedbugs found the next morning. This place has uncaring staff and it needs to have some major updates!!!
