We have been working with Ms. Harder since 2006. She is the Ultimate Professional. She was always there for us. She had no issue with the barrage of phone calls and questions we had for her finding our first home in our new state. We were so pleased with her that we've recommended her to others who have used her with the same results. When we were looking for a second home for a relative moving to this area...we called Loretta and she not only helped us find the home, but, even contacted the developer for written permission on fence placement that we wanted BEFORE we made the purchase. Loretta helped us find our first home, and 6 years later, sell it again. She was very patient and diligent with helping us look for homes in our price range, in the area we wanted, with the features we wanted. It felt like we looked forever, but Loretta kept sending us new homes to look into. I never felt pressured to look at homes above our price point, which I really appreciated. She also followed up on any homes that we found and wanted to see. On the flip side, the pictures taken of our home to sell it were very professional. We had a constant stream of showings, so I know our house was getting the publicity it needed for those "nibbles". We closed on our house within 3 months of putting in on the market. Loretta was exceptionally helpful during the closing process-- we were PCS'ing and were set to be out of state a few days before the final closing date and everything went as smooth as could be. Loretta facilitated a carpet cleaner to come to our house after we had left, and handled all the closing details so we just had to wait for our check in the mail.
