Never had a problem with Precision Waste. Just found out that they were bought out by Advanced Disposal. Oh my gosh! I called almost everyday to get a replacement can after ours was stolen. Missed a pick up, was told that they would pick up our little can. Nope. It's been a week still don't have a can. Canceling with Advanced today!!! Sorry Precision, you were a great company, now Advanced can learn what customer service is about from you

Unresponsive Customer Service - THIS COMPANY DOESN'T WANT ANY NEW CUSTOMERS
I had just moved into my house and the trash cans were left behind by the previous tenants. I called about having them pick up and was told repeatedly that I was on schedule. This went on for 3 weeks.
I finally got tired of calling and loaded the trash cans up in my own truck and delivered them to the office. I am thankful that there is another trash service in the area that cares about customer service.
I would definitely not continue service with this company. Of course, when I called at stated that I had just moved into the area, no one tried to get me scheduled for a pick up. So I quickly came to the conclusion that THIS COMPANY DOESN'T WANT ANY NEW CUSTOMERS and they don't care about their property.

The absolute worst service I've experienced, and its only been 1 Week! I have been told 3 different trash bin delivery dates, by three different people. Finally today i was told that my service date would not start until Friday, 1 week and 1 day after i was told that i would revive my trash can....which still has not came. I was even told that they would pick up my trash curb side which did not happen either. If it was possible to give less than 1 star I would.

I called their office 6 times in December trying to cancel my, left 3 messages. Even sent a bill back to them with a note to cancel the account. Never heard back from them. I didn't realize Advanced Disposal had bought them out until I got a call today about an outstanding balance on my account. Called them back, they cancelled the account for me, no problem. They did in 6 minutes what Percision couldn't in 3 months, so 5 Stars for Advanced, 1 for Precision.

Was good at first, many missed pickups lately. Received a credit on my last bill but I have had even more missed pickups since. Credits are nice but not with trash backing up at the house with two kids, pets, and Christmas about here and a full trash can. Should be interesting trying to figure out what to do with the boxes and wrapping paper. I believe I will be forced to switch at the end of the month vs. paying my bill for January through March.
