Very poor service and customer service. for the second or third time, our water has been sandy and cloudy. recently I decided to find out why. customer service said they were backflushing the well,and unexpectedly sent the backflush water to the customers.they opened fire hydrant to remove the dirty water,but it was already in our homes.stopping up filters in appliances and filling our washing machines with basically dirt.this wasn't the first time this had happened, when I suggested they had made a mistake, which h she inadvertently eluded to already,she became very short and aggressive. she rattled on and on then hung up on me. Our water is vital to us all at Georgian walk and Huntington, as it is everywhere. we trust we will be served a quality product.not sand and Iron,and dirt.1st rule of customer service is the customer is always right. not here,even when she admitted their mistake. if you live in Georgian walk or Huntington subdivision, take a minute to see what your paying these people for.your water is quite visible in your commode closet. ( water tank) look at it.thats what you drink and cook with.some will say that water is stagnant a lot so...clean the closet wait a week or so look again...it's literally NASTY. I really hoped for some cooperation with these people but they offended me as a Customer. I really wish I had a well.I know my lawn will enjoy the water and shower/ commode. NO MORE DRINKING,COOKING with the water that comes from people that I cannot trust.they didn't even inform one customer about the issue.and worse is this happened before..CALL O&M SERVICES let them tell you how it is...
