The homeowner's association of my neighborhood was managed by the homeowner's themselvels until 5 years ago. It was really good. The common areas landscaping were always well done. The maintenance of the amenities were always up to date with a positive balance in the HOA account, and it was pleasent to go to the swimming pool. Once the Premier took over thebstarted raing the fee, the landscaping is ok, but we got our tennis court damaged and it took them 2 years to fix, they hired a bunch of douche bags to act as lifeguards at the swimming pool, so it is not fun to go there.

Premier didn't hardly do any work when they managed our community. A simple task like holding an HOA meeting was like pulling teeth. Finally, when they did actually host ONE meeting the owner scolded the homeowners and complained that her job was too hard and that they were up and quitting. What a waste of people's time and money.

2017 - So sad to hear Premier will not be managing our HOA anymore. The service we received from Premier by far exceeded the previous management company. Thank you all for being so committed to providing great service!!! 2016 - Just called this office for the first time. They are so helpful, and very professional. So glad our HOA management was changed to this management team.
