Haywire

I’ve been twice now and have loved the food and atmosphere. The service is a little slow. I’m not sure if that has something to do with it being a pretty large place and busy at brunch time? Both servers I’ve had were fun and had great personalities! I remember one was named “Mickey”. I would recommend this place as long as you’re not in a rush. I’ll definitely return for the high quality food and overall experience.

The downstairs bar is small, but packed full of great selection. Its a very nice place to have a small happy hour. The surprise is when you get up to the main floor. The restaurant opens a good 3-5x the size of the first floor. Amazing outdoor seating. Great wine room. Open kitchens show off the skill of the staff.

Would highly recommend reservations. We're sat in open seating on the first floor patio. Service was great. Food was pretty good. They weren't able to accommodate my food sensitivities very well. Other restaurants in the price range are much more willing and able to accommodate my food sensitivities.

Looking for a great Atmosphere with a modern take on Comfort Food? Look no further than Haywire! When you come, order the crab dip, the rotisserie chicken, and meatloaf. Ask for some fresh cracked pepper to see their extra large pepper cracker. Best drink? The award winning King of Texas. Can’t wait to come back!

Awesome service and mouth watering, home style, Texas food with an upscale tasty twist. Great Texas atmosphere that can fit any occasion. Great drinks, good wine selection, big menu... Chicken fried steak as big as the plate with cornbread to die for. The "potato salad" isn't what you're thinking, it's life changing. Try it and thank me later. If you haven't been here, you need to go. - now! And don't forget to make a reservation a few days to a week in advance for special occasions, this place is popular!!!
