Cold uncaring service. Lukewarm, overcooked food and in the sparsest serving sizes imaginable. Guess, it didn't matter, I left the horrible steak slices, all five of them, on my plate (and my wife did the same on hers). Just tough bland dog food quality meat. The waiter didn't care, he just hovered about spying what his tip would be. Probably my worst dining experience ever. EVER. No exaggeration. I left the restaurant feeling CHEATED out of my money. I hated it.

The Mansion maintains an atmosphere of elegance in a most relaxed setting. Starting with the Southwest Tortilla soup is ideal, they’ve been known for this since opening umpteen years or more ago. For entrees, I chose the delicious scallops with salad! All the food was exquisitely presented and served in the most fine fashion. The creme bur-lee’ is also still delicious after all so many years. The intimate courtyard with the valets is most welcoming and they are most kind with driving directions should you need help. The Mansion is a must do it again restaurant, I’ll be back!

Best customer service I ever received in the Dallas area. I have yet to find a restaurant that will top this place. Great place for a romantic date and are even kid friendly! Last time I took my 2 year old which we all know they can get a little out of control. The staff was able to accommodate us and they even gave my daughter a stuff animal!

The premier hotel in Dallas. The service is impeccable. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The beds are some of the best. The food is cutting edge.
