Good selection, but tight aisles are hard to navigate. Wish they had bulk bins for nuts, grains, etc.

I called to get some info about what they might carry for allergy symptoms. After being transferred to a couple different people, the man answering replied to my "How ya doing, buddy?" with "I'm not your buddy, what do you want?" Tried to tell him what I was calling for and he hung up on me. When I called back to let him know I'm not a solicitor and that I wanted to speak to the owner, he says "I'm the owner." Tried to ask again but he said he was "[expletive] busy" and "didn't have time for me." Many of the reviews say the folks here are polite, so maybe I caught this guy on a bad day. In any case, I recommend never calling this store. Just go in person. I doubt this guy would speak to someone like that face to face.

This store carries good stuff and is cheaper than whole foods etc and is family run. The staff is always very helpful.
