The employees touch bulk food without gloves, there is black mold in the walls and they do not sell meat or eggs. Prices are considerably inflated even more so than Whole Foods. Both Whole Foods and Flower Power have a more comprehensive and affordable selection of bulk food, plants and herbs.

This place is great! They have fresh produce some of the freshest I have seen anywhere and they have bulk selections of various rice types, pasta, spices, grains, nuts, dry fruits, and other things. They also have a juice bar and a small hot food selection. Most of the items in the store are organic. The store is small in size but large in integrity. I've been shopping there since their Inception. They are connected to a yoga society in the same building. They're the real deal for health and mind.

Great selection...if a bit pricey. Their vegan food counter is very nice...and sat and monday, the kitchen is open on the 4th floor for 8 usd.

They sell bulk organic spices, herbs, nuts, and seeds. Their juice bar is one of the best around. FRESH and QUALITY produce. Vegan/Vegetarian. AIG ;D

I've been going here for years. Best, freshest produce in the city outside of the greenmarket, great juices and smoothie bar. I love their fresh soups and rely on their bulk foods department. Plus, super friendly and helpful staff. Whole place has a casual, neighborhood-y feel that is the opposite of ever other grocery store in the city (Whole Foods, ahem).
