Everything was very uncomplicated. The car was a higher category than booked, but for the same price. A hint for all who are not familiar with the US road toll system: There is a box called "plate card" behind the back mirror of your car which you have to open in order to make it functional. When it's opened, you may pass toll stations on "EZ only" lines and save waiting time.

Careless with billing. Avoid renting from here. Plenty of other places other than hertz.

Truly the worst customer service. I showed up a few hours late and they had cancelled my reservation, deducted my Hertz points I used to book the car, then tried to get me to pay the full fee if I wanted a car. We spent our money elsewhere to get a car, didn’t want to support the business of unhelpful jerks.

Tough location to find.  Otherwise service was fine once I found it.

His place is hard to find and when you put the address into google it did a not take you to the right spot.
