Hiko Sushi

Excellent sushi experience that is comfortable for families. The staff was very friendly and offered recommendations that were delicious. My 13 and 10 year old daughters came with and wanted to experience various types of sushi so they could figure out what they liked and didn’t. The sushi was fresh and prepared with great care and excellent presentation. I feel the prices are spot on for the quality. The restaurant (including restrooms) was clean and well maintained. We will be back with the rest of the family and this will likely become a favorite.

Your best option for Sushi in south metro. Everything is fresh. Owner is often around to make sure you have a pleasant experience. Lunch specials are pricy but you get what you pay for

I had the Sashmi platter. It was tasty and a nice presentation. Prices not out of the ordinary for sushi. I sat at the bar and chatted a little with the sushi chef. Owner checked regularly on every one. I would definitely go again when I'm back in the area.

I ordered a sushi sashimi lunch special. It wasn’t terrible but I will not be going back. The rice was gritty and served cold. The meat quality was decent but nothing to rant about. The customer service however was great. The staff is attentive and pleasant.

The owner is one of the friendliest owner I've ever met. Their sushi rolls are huge. Fish quality was good.
